We want you to truly love your fragrance, and we know that sometimes you need to experience the full bottle to be certain.

You can return or exchange your full-size fragrance within 30 days of receiving your order, even if the bottle has been opened or tested.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• The bottle can be opened and tested, but must include its original packaging and components.

Free Returns Within Canada

Returns are 100% free within Canada. We’ll send you a prepaid return label once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
